We had the pleasure of working with Stavros and the team at SER Construction on a ground floor remodelling project.

Stavros and his team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. The project involved a complete transformation of the ground floor, including relocating the kitchen, creating a new living area, utility room, and building a new cloakroom.

The ground floor is an area of approximately 100 square meters. Underfloor heating was installed over the whole area along with some beautiful floor tiling that extended to the outside patios.

Throughout the process, Stavros provided expert guidance and suggestions, ensuring that every aspect of the remodel met our vision. The team was always punctual, respectful, and maintained a clean and organized workspace.

What stood out the most was the respect the team showed for our home.

We worked with Stavros and his team to do a full top to bottom renovation inside and out on our dream home, and we couldn’t recommend Stavros and his team highly enough.

Stavros is a total pleasure to work with. He’s honest, trustworthy and has absolute integrity. He’s always responsive and he obviously cares a lot about his clients, as well as his projects! His team are also brilliant. Everyone has done beautiful work and similarly been a pleasure to work with.

The house is better than we ever could have hoped for, and for anything in the future, we’d work with Stavros again in a heartbeat.

The project was big with the ground floor made open plan and extended. The chimneys were taken out which affected other rooms so they were completely renovated including new ceilings. All the plumbing and electrics were redone and upgraded fully. Loft conversion with ensuite and a hidden walk in wardrobe behind the bed. We also added a ground floor bathroom in the converted garage area.

Stav was so helpful throughout and very knowledgeable helping us all the way with various options and guidance. He was also very contactable and quick to respond with any and all issues we had. Along with Scott and all the tradesmen including Turan the team worked well together solving any bespoke issues we had.

We would highly recommend Stav and his team to do a professional job with a personal touch and will stay in touch in case we ever need them again.
